Job description
The Network Administrator will be the primary contact for network and server infrastructure. This position will be based out of our Neenah or Oshkosh locations and will provide remote support to our Green Bay and Marinette locations when needed.
The Network Administrator serves as a participating member of the IT Helpdesk team, documents procedures, creates and deploys images, supports all software, and occasionally provides client training in various formats.
The Network Administrator also assists the IT Manager in various areas including but not limited to: administering network security measures, patching and upgrading servers and endpoints, and monitoring the network to ensure availability to all system users across all locations and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
- This position is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
Education and Experience:
- Knowledge of VMware, Veeam, Aruba and Juniper Switches is preferred.
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Associate degree in Computer or Information Science-related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years related experience required.
