A top-tier global law firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the team in Denver, Colorado.

Who You Are

• A tech support professional with 2+ years of experience, preferably at a law firm or professional services firm
• You are a clear communicator with strong customer service skills
• Confident working in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
• Preferably bringing a bachelor’s degree plus exposure to networking basics

What You’ll Do

• Deliver on-site technical support for computers, peripherals, mobile devices, conference room AV, and video conferencing
• Manage and resolve hardware, software, telephone, and connectivity requests using the ticketing system, escalating when needed
• Configure desktops, laptops, and telephones following firm standards
• Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory records
• Participate in pilot testing, system build checks, and software updates; prepare documents and spreadsheets as required
• Provide backup help desk coverage, coordinate vendor repairs, and assist with technology needs for off-site events

• Users receive timely, effective, and well-communicated support
• Systems, devices, and conference rooms are reliable and ready for use
• You consistently demonstrate strong service orientation, attention to detail, and follow-through

Salary Range: $75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience

Location: Denver, CO – On site
