We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and visual communication.
Job Overview: As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing design projects that encompass a wide range of creative materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, digital assets, packaging, and more. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand remains consistent and visually compelling.
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 7:30am-5:30pm This position is 100% in office
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and Design: Create visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our brand guidelines for various projects, including print and digital materials, presentations, advertisements, and social media content.
- Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, including managing timelines, resources, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure the consistent application of the company's brand guidelines across all design materials, maintaining brand integrity and recognition.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously enhance your design skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Quality Control: Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and align with project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. (Please submit a portfolio, link to portfolio, or examples of work along with your resume).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers.
- Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics is a plus.
