Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Front End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly web applications that enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end technologies and a keen eye for design.
Duties
- Develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-centric designs.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, wireframing, and user acceptance testing.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects while adapting to changing requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve application performance.
- Create data visualizations and analytics dashboards to enhance decision-making processes.
- Ensure web accessibility standards are met across all platforms.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, particularly for mobile devices.
- Work with RESTful APIs to integrate front-end components with back-end services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Experience
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms and mobile application development is a plus.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and visual design best practices.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies to optimize user experiences based on data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment using project management tools like Jira.
