Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering (Masters preferred).
• 5+ years of experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• United States Citizen and pass background checks.
• Front end and back-end development, refactoring, and documentation experience.
• Experience monitoring tickets and task throughput.

Skills

• Strong proficiency with PHP, JavaScript, React, Laravel, Vue.js, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, experience with MySQL, and GitLab.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on development efficiency.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security and DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.
• Follow best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintenance, and documentation.
• Quality assurance and testing, to include review of peer development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
