<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing security, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Oversee system administration tasks across diverse platforms including Linux, Windows Server (Microsoft SQL Server), Oracle databases, and other solutions.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce systems (Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, OMS, and custom Salesforce apps).
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance during peak traffic periods.
  • Manage Salesforce governance, including release management, sandbox strategy, and change control.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage cybersecurity protocols in compliance with PCI standards and overall network security best practices to safeguard data integrity and privacy.
  • Drive IT project management initiatives utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver software development projects and application programming interfaces (APIs).
  • Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement while managing budgets effectively; oversee vendor management to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies to ensure minimal downtime during unforeseen events; implement comprehensive change management processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by integrating DevOps practices with system design and application development workflows.
  • Supervise help desk operations and support teams to deliver exceptional technical support across all organizational levels.

<Experience>

  • Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles with a focus on enterprise infrastructure management.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Strong background in network security including firewalls, VPNs, DNS management, VoIP systems, and network infrastructure design.
  • Hands-on experience with database systems including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and business intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams; experience in project management methodologies like Agile is preferred.
  • Strong analysis skills combined with risk management expertise to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
