Business Development Director– IT Services

VeriCour is seeking a Business Development Director to join our growing team. The Business Development Director will be responsible for new business development of IT Staffing and Placement Services, including opening new mid-size to Fortune 500 accounts as well as maintaining relationships and growing several high-profile existing accounts enterprise-wide. Interact daily with client managers at all levels including CIO’s, Directors, Managers and Human Resources to build relationships and drive business. Work day-to-day with the recruiting team to prioritize requirements, provide client-specific information and meet with candidates to ensure they are a good fit with the client.

Requirements:

- 5+ years’ business-to-business sales experience.

- 2+ years’ experience selling in the Information Technology space, particularly IT Services.

- Strong network in the Technology community in the Denver metro area.

- Excellent client-facing, presentation and verbal/written communication skills.

- Experience working with C-Level executives.

- Strong contract and sales negotiation skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
