Job Summary
Arctic Cat in Thief River Falls, MN is hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in various payroll and accounting software systems. experience using Paylocity or similar payroll system. The Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's financial operations and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time using Paylocity.
• Maintain employee records related to payroll and benefits administration.
• Perform data processing tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR to manage employee benefits and deductions effectively.
• Conduct analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies or other issues.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll expenses.
• Support benefits administration and other HR functions as needed.

Requirements

• Payroll processing experience required; benefits administration experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Paylocity or similar payroll system.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all payroll processes.
• HRIS systems experience for managing employee data related to payroll.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
