What You’ll Do as a Systems Administrator at Everound, you’ll be at the forefront of solving complex IT challenges and delivering cutting-edge solutions. Your role will include:

  • Assessing IT Needs: Analyze and understand the system requirements of businesses to develop tailored IT solutions.
  • Deploying & Maintaining IT Infrastructure: Install, configure, and optimize hardware, software, and networks to ensure peak performance.
  • System Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity best practices, manage security permissions, and safeguard client networks.
  • Proactive System Monitoring: Regularly evaluate and optimize client systems to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
  • User Support & Training: Guide clients on best practices for software and hardware use, providing clear and effective training.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Address IT issues proactively, responding to user concerns and system alerts efficiently.
  • On-Call Support & Reporting: Provide timely support and deliver clear, insightful progress reports on system performance and IT initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table We’re looking for a problem-solver with a passion for technology. The ideal candidate has:

  • U.S. Citizenship & Valid Driver’s License (required for client site visits)
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Server 2012+, SQL Server, and business IT systems.
  • Analytical & Critical Thinking: Ability to assess, optimize, and troubleshoot complex IT environments.
  • Process Mapping & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of IT’s role in driving business success.
  • Security-First Mindset: Experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and team members.
  • Time Management & Self-Sufficiency: Capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently and working independently.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience in the IT field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
