Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Professional Services specializing in ERP solutions to lead our team in delivering exceptional client support and project implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a focus on innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and a background in quantum engineering is a valuable asset. The Manager will oversee service delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the professional services team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager, Professional Services is expected to:
- Lead daily operations of one of our product-oriented delivery teams including the adoption of processes and systems, team member performance management, and financial & performance reporting.
- Manage process and systems usage to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall service delivery withing the team.
- Work closely with other company departments to operate the team in an effective, profitable manner, with the overall objectives of achieving company goals for utilization, profitability, resource management, backlog management, and employee growth and development.
- Represent the team as a leader in partnership with other parts of the Customer Operations function.
- Mentor, manage and develop direct reports and support/assist the managers in their efforts to effectively lead their teams.
- Leverage deep ERP implementation experience to help guide project strategy and execution, ensuring that ERP offerings deliver measurable value and align with each customer’s operational goals.
- Utilize proven expertise in managing projects of all sizes and complexities to drive consistent delivery standards, resource planning, and risk management across small-scale deployments and large enterprise transformations.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE experience in ERP SaaS service delivery/professional services in packaging or manufacturing industry!!
- 7+ years of professional services and/or technology delivery experience across a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of levers to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency in Professional Services or comparable delivery roles.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and ensuring cohesive communication and execution across time zones.
- Proven team leader, with an ability to develop employees to progress in their careers and provide a higher level of service to customers.
- Possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation, ability to work independently and make sound and effective decisions that may impact project execution, financial results, and customer relationships.
- Excellent organization, time management, and presentation skills
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Willing to travel as needed to support customer requirements.
- Extensive experience in ERP software implementation and delivery, with a deep understanding of end-to-end enterprise system deployment, integration, and customer adoption best practices.
- Proven ability to manage projects of varying size and complexity, from small-scale implementations to large, multi-phase enterprise programs across diverse customer environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
