We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong foundation in software development. The Software Engineer will work with various technologies and frameworks, contributing to innovative projects that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Utilize version control systems such as SVN for code management.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React and back-end technologies such as Express.
• Familiarity with database management systems, particularly MySQL.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for application deployment.
• Understanding of Linux operating systems for development environments.
• Experience in application development within a Quantum engineering context is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $84,332.64 - $129,518.88 per year
