We are seeking a UX Designer with at least three years of work experience and a strong foundation in the principles of user-centered design. This role is ideal for a designer who is eager to make a significant impact on an evolving vertical AI product, thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and wants to be involved in the full UX process from discovery through design.

As part of a growing internal product team , you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform as it evolves from a functional MVP into a robust enterprise-level application. You will be responsible for improving user experiences across a range of touchpoints, including our client-facing web application, internal admin portal, and mobile app.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve our MVP into a fully functional web and mobile SaaS application
• Conduct product discovery and gather insights from competitive research, internal administrative users, internal stakeholders, and external client users
• Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
• Work with an art director to create UI screens and development assets following established design guidelines and pre-defined library components
• Ensure design consistency across web and mobile platforms
• Contribute to design system consistency across all user touchpoints
• Incorporate accessibility best practices based on established 508-compliant guidelines
