Senior IT Support Specialist | Permanent | No Sponsorship Available

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

• Manage daily IT operations and provide technical leadership
• Oversee and deliver desktop support and end-user training
• Collaborate with IT Manager on strategic technology initiatives
• Support and maintain various enterprise systems and cloud platforms
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure system security and compliance

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

• Strong background in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
• Experience with network infrastructure and security systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with remote monitoring and management tools
• Prior experience with databases, and proprietary systems
