We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Architect to lead our software development initiatives and drive innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software architecture principles, along with extensive experience in designing and implementing robust systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-level software architecture for complex systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, providing guidance and support to development teams throughout the software lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications, operating systems, and network configurations.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the architecture framework.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or in a similar role within software development.
- Strong knowledge of Ethernet networking principles and LAN configurations.
- Proficiency in remote access software solutions and computer management techniques.
- Familiarity with Cisco routers and their configuration for network optimization.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services for scalable application deployment.
- Proficient in Ubuntu operating systems for server management.
- Ability to encode data efficiently while ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) for managing user permissions and security settings within an organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $177,375.00 - $199,645.00 per year
