Senior IT Director Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Director responsible for the overall technology strategy and operations of the company.

Duties

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic priorities and goals for technology initiatives.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of technology vendors and partners
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect the company's data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Oversee risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks
• Oversee the management of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g.MBA) or relevant professional certification is preferred. Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in technology management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in Healthcare Industry is highly desirable
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
• Deep technical expertise in relevant technologies and systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate complex technological environments and manage multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data management, and risk management
• Proficiency in technology management software and tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
