We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader to oversee and drive our technology operations, system design, and complex project execution.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep experience in security technology and low-voltage systems, who can both architect solutions and lead projects from concept to completion.

You will serve as a senior authority on:

• System design
• Technology standards
• Technical execution
• Complex troubleshooting
• Project leadership and delivery

This role works closely with executive leadership, installation teams, SOC operations, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee security technology projects from design through deployment
• Act as the senior technical authority for:
• Access Control Systems
• Video Surveillance / CCTV
• Video Monitoring & VMS Platforms
• Relay Logic & Low-Voltage Controls
• Networked & Cloud-Based Security Systems
• Design system architecture, wiring logic, and integration workflows
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in the field and remotely
• Establish and enforce technology standards, best practices, and documentation
• Manage timelines, scope, labor coordination, and technical execution
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and SOC teams on solution design
• Mentor and support technicians and project teams
• Ensure quality control, system performance, and client satisfaction

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in security technology / low-voltage systems
• Proven expertise in:
• Access control platforms
• CCTV & video monitoring systems
• Relay logic, inputs/outputs, and control wiring
• Networked security devices
• Strong understanding of system design, integration, and commissioning
• Experience leading complex technical projects
• Ability to read and create wiring diagrams, system schematics, and layouts
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with enterprise or commercial security environments
• Familiarity with modern VMS platforms (Avigilon, Hanwha, Wave, etc.)
• Prior leadership or director-level technical role
• Low-voltage or security-related certifications
• Experience working alongside remote monitoring or SOC teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
