Job Title: UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution to create intuitive, user-centered experiences across multiple product features. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and user needs.
- Translate design strategy into actionable UX wireframes that support business objectives and user needs.
- Visualize and communicate user journeys, information architecture (IA), and field requirements to gain stakeholder alignment.
- Apply your UI/UX expertise using Figma to enhance and evolve an established product.
- Design scalable frameworks, systems, and components that ensure a consistent user experience across various touchpoints.
- Ensure continuity between UX prototypes and the final user experience by monitoring development execution.
- Support user research efforts and leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in:
- User Experience Design (UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or Experience Design).
- Figma, Confluence, Jira, and Visual Design/UI principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in large team environments.
- Passionate advocate for user needs and a champion of design thinking culture.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
