Primary Work Setting: Door-to-Door / Street / Mixed Outdoor

Compensation
Guaranteed Base Pay: $20 per hour
Performance-based incentives (non-commission)
Health and dental benefits after 3 months of full-time employment

Schedule
Full-time & Part-time
Shifts between 10:30 am - 8:00 pm
Weekend availability required
Minimum: 4 shifts per week (32 hours)

What You’ll Do

• Speak with people face-to-face in public spaces and neighbourhoods
• Represent nonprofit partners professionally
• Educate the public on meaningful causes
• Secure sustainable monthly donor support
• Work toward daily and weekly goals
• Receive paid training, coaching, and mentorship

This is an active, public-facing role - not desk work.
