Nuveldy’s is the leading provider of Apartment Turnover Services for apartment communities in middle Tennessee. We are committed to delivering the highest quality of service to our clients, and we are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance team member to join our team.

Position: Quality Assurance

As a Quality Assurance Technician at Nuveldy’s , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our cleaning and painting services in apartment complexes. You will be responsible for inspecting cleaned and/or painted apartments to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay / Term:

• Full time (Monday - Friday) 9 am - 5 PM
• April 1st - September 27th, may convert to year-round
• Hourly Pay $19-$24
• Gas expenses reimbursed

Requirements:

• Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish
• 2+ years of experience in apartment cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to use our software application
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, ability to provide your own car
