Position Overview
We are looking for a highly communicative and relationship-focused IT Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the trusted technology advisor and main point of contact for our clients, fostering long-term partnerships through clear communication, proactive engagement, and a deep understanding of client needs. Your ability to build rapport, promote client centered technology solutions, and ensure consistent client satisfaction will be key to your success. Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you’ll help translate business objectives into effective IT solutions that deliver real value.

Primary Responsibilities

Listen:

  • Invest the time to actively listen to our Clients needs to understand their business, operations, and technology
  • Engage in critical thinking to ask questions that lead to a deeper understanding in order to provide strategic solutions

Advocate:

  • Act as a liaison and coordinate between Clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services and solutions

Communicate:

  • Clearly and thoroughly communicate technology concepts and solutions to a wide variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical
  • Promptly respond to Client needs and requests via phone, email, remote and onsite visits

Collaborate:

  • Collaborate with Engineers/Project Team Members to develop proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition, approach and strategy to achieve successful project outcomes

Advise:

  • Regularly plan, coordinate, and lead Business Review Meetings with Clients to review current IT needs, provide recommendations, and discuss long term strategic technology plans
  • Engage in continuous learning with a specific focus on emerging technology trends and advances pertinent to our Clients business environments and be well positioned to confidently bring relevant information to their attention

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT industry, in account management and/or a related, relationship-oriented position
  • Advanced understanding of the technology industry and current solutions, including computer hardware, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and software
  • Strong proficiency within the Microsoft environment, including SharePoint and Teams
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication and presentation styles to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a wide variety of contacts including internal team members, end users, executives, and vendors while dealing with changing work priorities and critical deadlines

Work Environment

As an IT Client Success Manager, you will spend time both in the office (Mt. Joy, PA) as well as onsite at customer locations, with frequent local travel required. Occasionally, IT Client Success Managers may receive communication from Customers outside of normal business hours that requires a prompt, after-hours response in order to provide a high level of Customer Service.
