We are seeking a versatile and self-motivated Developer who thrives in a small team environment and is comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain a variety of software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Support and troubleshoot production issues as needed, including outside of standard hours.
- Help implement and refine development workflows using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 – 3 years' work experience
- 2 to 3 years' experience with .Net and ASP Framework
- Proven experience working independently in a small company or team.
- Exposure to structured development environments and familiarity with best practices.
- Proficiency with GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- A willingness to be flexible and available to support 24/7 operations when needed.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with telephony systems or hardware integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
- Background in full-stack development or specialized expertise in backend/frontend.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
