Overview

Underdog Strategies is seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer/Admin to help implement and automate deal processes within HubSpot and provide ongoing, part-time support for troubleshooting and continual CRM enhancement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building automation and maintaining/improving a live CRM environment over time.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize deal automation in HubSpot, including pipelines, workflows, lifecycle stages, and associations
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows, properties, and automation logic
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to contacts, companies, deals, forms, and integrations
• Audit existing HubSpot setup and recommend improvements for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency
• Support ongoing CRM enhancements and evolving business needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate operational processes into HubSpot solutions
• Assist with integrations, data syncing, and workflow logic as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years proven experience as a HubSpot Admin or Developer
• Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM architecture, especially deals and automation
• Experience troubleshooting workflows and complex automation logic
• Background in HubSpot Implementations
• Experience with custom code actions or API integrations
• Comfortable working independently and proactively identifying improvements
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• HubSpot certifications
• Experience supporting education or nonprofit organizations

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
