Collaborate with business partners to implement data strategies and provide data-driven thought leadership.
Develop analytical tools and capabilities that enable self-service data queries and reporting.
Apply advanced statistical techniques, particularly A/B testing, and machine learning models to solve business problems.
Conduct research to explore new modeling approaches and experiment designs.
Ingest, cleanse, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover consumer insights.
Translate data findings into visually compelling stories using a variety of tools and technologies.
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience working with advanced analytics, machine learning, and A/B testing.
Strong ability to work with and explore large datasets, including data cleansing and profiling.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and a talent for storytelling with data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
