Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our retail sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will assist customers in selecting products, services, and accessories that best meet their needs, while providing an outstanding in-store experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and determine their needs
• Recommend appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills
• Must be 18 years or older
