Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Education:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Additional appropriate experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
Three or more years of experience in software quality assurance (SQA) and testing. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Understanding of database concepts and SQL querying; as well as security testing principles and techniques. Experience with Selenium, Java, C# strongly preferred. Experience with policy administration systems and/or the insurance industry a plus.
Skills/Knowledge:
Salary Range: $63,100 – $100,700 / $75,200 - $120,200 Annual. Actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; internal equity and other conditions of employment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and identify test scenarios and test cases.
- Create, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on functional requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test cases, procedures, and results to ensure traceability and consistency.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Java, and C# under the guidance of senior level automation engineers.
- Participate in identifying opportunities for automation and contribute to expanding the automation framework.
- Run regression tests for product updates and track the results.
- Support the integration of test scripts into the CI/CD pipeline, utilizing tools like Git and Jenkins, to ensure automation runs efficiently within the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects, including steps to reproduce and relevant details, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

- Proficiency in various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Selenium, and C#.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing best practices.
- Effective problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze complex issues, find the root cause of the problem, and consider a wide range of alternatives before acting.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or individuals.
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
