Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Identity Management IDM team in provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning user access within internal systems and applications
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in the Active Directory, ensuring compliance with security policies and access requirements
• Administer file share permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels for users based on their roles and responsibilities
• Manage Exchange mailbox permissions, including setting up new mailboxes, modifying access permissions, and removing access when necessary
• Utilize knowledge and experience in identity and access management to troubleshoot access-related issues and provide timely resolution
• Collaborate with other technology professionals within the organization to ensure the efficient operation process for identity and access management
• Maintain detailed documentation of user access provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning activities for audits and compliance purposes
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in identity and access management to continuously improve processes and security posture
• Provide guidance and support to junior resources within the IDM team, serving as a subject matter expert in identity and access management
• Assist in the development and implementation of access control policies, procedures, and standards to enhance security and mitigate risks
• Participate in regular security audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT, security, and business units, to address access-related requirements and concerns.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Preferred
• 2-5 years of experience with identity and access management experience using active directory groups, users, and permissions (user, file, and mailbox permissions)
• Have a great understanding of file share structures, active directories, and an understanding of roles and entitlements
• Financial Industry experience & basic Unix or AS400 skills is preferred
• Must be detail oriented, accurate, and a self-starter to work diligently on tasks as assigned
