Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
- Guide players through VR experiences and explain game instructions.
- Handle check-ins, payments, and reservations.
- Maintain and sanitize VR headsets, controllers, and equipment.
- Monitor games, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and reset stations as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Support birthday parties, group events, and tournaments.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
- Interest in gaming, VR, or entertainment (training provided).
- Ability to learn basic technical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible shifts (weekends, evenings, holidays).
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
