Commercial Lines Account Manager / Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative should efficiently service business insurance accounts (commercial insurance for clients such as but not limited to business automobile, commercial general liability, commercial umbrellas, commercial property, businessowners policies, etc. ) including collection of premiums and claims; to be familiar with company guidelines and underwriting; to be knowledgeable in commercial lines coverages; to maintain rapport with clients and company underwriters; and to sell new and additional policies and solicit other types of insurance

Requirements

• Property & Casualty Insurance License with qualitative experience in Commercial Lines [preferred].
• However, professional 'client focused' problem-solvers who cross their T’s & dot their I’s with experience in Personal Lines are encouraged to apply. Candidates without licensure/experience may also apply [assuming candidate understands insurance licensure is compulsory for long term employment. _ Hiring for our Fayetteville, Raeford Road office_- Very large & fast-paced agency servicing Cumberland & Hoke County clients. Candidate would join an existing team of 2 team members [3 total with goal to add a 4th team member soon] & will work with our team members & Producers daily to serve business insurance clients AND increase client base / revenue.
